Updating Traveller Profiles in Melon (UK)

Did you know? As an authorised Trip Arranger, you can do more than just book travel—you can also update traveller profiles directly in Melon.

Step 1: Add the Traveller to Your Profile (if needed)

Before updating anything, make sure the traveller is assigned to you:

  1. Click the Hey Menu (top right of Melon)

  2. Go to My Account

  3. Open the Trip Arranger tab

  4. Click Add Traveller

  5. Search by last name

  6. Click Save to assign them to your profile


Step 2: Locate the Traveller

  1. Stay in My Account

  2. Use the drop-down list at the top to find assigned travellers

    • Or type the surname to search quickly


Step 3: Update Profile Information

Once selected, the traveller’s profile tiles will display below. You can update:

  • Contact information

  • Passport details

  • Loyalty programs

  • Travel preferences

  • Notification settings

  • Payment methods (if enabled by your company)


Keeping profiles up to date ensures smooth, accurate bookings every time.
