When a user ID or password is not recognized by our system, you will see the following message.
There are several reasons why this error may be occurring;
The email or user ID you have entered does not match the one in Melon's records
When you first logged in, you may have used your work email to activate your account. While all site emails are forwarded to your work address, your profile might have been created with a different email by your Melon administrator.
Please verify that the correct email was used for your profile.
If you've entered your correct email but still receive that message, an account may not be created for you. Contact your Melon Administrator for assistance.
The email or user ID is not spelled correctly
If you're entering the correct email but still see an error message, verify every letter matches your Melon onboarding email exactly. Copy and paste your user ID or login to minimize typos.
The password is incorrect
If your email looks correct, you may need to see if your password has been entered incorrectly. Checking that you have caps-lock off can help.
