Changing a Hotel Booking in Melon couldn't be simpler!
If you need to amend your hotel reservation you can do this quickly and easily through Melon. To make a change follow the steps below:
Select the required booking in the Upcoming Trips section or the My Trips tab at the top of your homepage
Click on the Change Trip button to view a list of all of your trip components and view which of these can be changed online.
Please note: You will only be able to make changes to your booking if you have booked a rate with free cancellations. If you require further assistance please contact your Travel Manager or speak to your Melon Chat team.
3. Click the Change button next to the hotel reservation you wish to modify.
4. You can now add additional hotels, change or cancel your booking. click Change
Booking to make amendments to your existing hotel reservation.
5. Melon will now display your current booking and rate. Enter the new
check-in/check-out dates then select Check Room Availability.
6. If your current room type is still available, it will appear with the new rate and any
price difference. If unavailable, Melon will provide alternative options at the
same hotel.
You can use the filters to narrow your search and find your preferred option
6. To proceed with your new selection click Select.
7. On the Checkout page you will see your original hotel alongside your updated
itinerary. Review the new reservation details and if you're happy to proceed with
the change, scroll to the bottom and hit Checkout.
Your hotel reservation will now be updated! You will be sent the email confirmation and your updated booking will appear in My Trips.
