Melon helps to simplify the booking process so everything you need to arrange your trip is just a few clicks away.
Getting Started
You will receive an email from [email protected] with your Melon Booking Invite. Click Book My Trip to get started!
Before you can make your booking you will need to create a password for your temporary account. Then select Set Password to log into Melon
Please note: If your host company uses SSO (Single Sign On) to access Melon then you will not need to create a password and will skip step 2.
Booking your Travel
Entering your Search Criteria
On your Melon Homepage you will find an overview of the number of flights and/or hotels you have permission to book with the relevant booking tools below.
Select your travel type and enter your search criteria.
Top Tip - When selecting your flight origin/departure point or hotel location Melon provides you with multiple options to tailor your search such as:
Specific airport codes
City names
Company office locations (if loaded by your host company)
Zip codes/Post codes
Once you've entered your criteria, click Search to begin your booking.
Preset Search Criteria
Depending on your invite configuration you may find that some of your search criteria is already filled in for you, such as destination or dates of travel. Whether this criteria can be amended will depend on the search parameters set by your host company.
Search Results Page
On your results page you will find many handy features to help you make the most suitable selection for your trip! These include:
Recommended Spend: Melon's integrated algorithm tuner that takes into account not only your travel policy but also live dynamic pricing in order to give you a more realistic idea of an appropriate costs for your trip!
Company preferred badging: If your host company has any preferred hotels or airlines these will be clearly marked with their company logo
Policy Warning Badging: If your host company has set any policy or spending restrictions these will be clearly indicated by the out-of-policy badge next to that specific fare. You will be unable to book these options.

Booking Confirmation
Once you have completed your trip booking(s) you will receive a confirmation email of your itinerary and your host company will be notified that your trip has been confirmed!
If you need to access your trip itinerary you will find the full itinerary details in the Upcoming Trips section of your Melon Homepage.
Here you will be able to:
See an overview of your booked sectors. Click on a sector to view full booking details.
Download your trip itinerary
Make any changes or cancellations for your upcoming bookings (Please note that for the time-being only users booking through Corporate Traveler US and Canada will be able to modify their flight bookings online through Melon)
