Melon keeps travellers safe with real-time notifications. As live information is fed from Crisis24, Melon has all the tools you need to look after your travellers pre-, post-, and during their travels. Within your Traveller Safety Dashboard you can access reports that show where your travellers are, or where they’re going to be. Through this reporting dashboard you will also receive critical , warning or informational travel alerts.
Accessing the Traveller Safety Report
Select Admin Portal in the Hey! Menu to access the Melon Analytics Dashboard
Click on Traveller Safety

You can filter through Alert Type, Alert Category, Alert Region, Alert Country, Alert City to fine tune your report
Alert Types: Critical, Warning, Informational

How to drill down
Right Click on the number above Travellers in any Alert window
Choose Drill through
Click on Warning Alerts
Your Warning Alerts report with dashboard. To drill down into any particular warning, choose the Category you wish to explore.
REMINDER: If you wish to export the data in any of your reports, find the ellipsis in the upper right-hand corner.
