Our CO2 reporting is powered by our advanced carbon emissions calculator,  allows you to track the impact of your business travel. Your Carbon Footprint reporting dashboard   makes it easy to drill into the data and download reports for deeper insights. 

The calculator offers a deep level of integration and provides a range of features and information that is instantly accessible to you. `So all the CO2 emissions data you see in the dashboard comes directly from the calculator.

While we have selected best in class partners through Thrust Carbon and Tree4Travel, you have the choice to opt for whatever tools and services you wish to use either through Corporate Traveler or through your own choosing.

The data you are seeing is based on the Invoice date. As you learned previously, you can change the dates for the period you are seeking data on. The rest of the line gives you the breakdown in the Number of Trips taken, then breaks it down into Air, Hotel, Car, Rail and lastly the Traveller Count.

CO2 Total is the aggregate amount of CO2 used during the specified time period for invoice date

CO2 Over Time is a three month snapshot of use for three months looking back and is also broken up into travel components.

CO2 by Travel Type is represented by a pie chart and you can drill down into the segments for more information (right click and choose Drill through).

CO2 by Class of Service shows the difference CO2 emission based on economy or business classes.

CO2 by Traveller is presented here is from High to Low, should you wish to see it from Low to High, just click anywhere in the column header.

CO2 by Flight Distance distinguishes between short, medium, and long haul flights.

Located within the data in CO2 Total report is your Offset Report. Just click on it and your report will generate. Remember to locate the three dots, the ellipsis in the upper right-hand corner and then choose Export to have the Excel spreadsheet generated. Everything your offsetting partner needs is located within the report.

NOTE: Each report within the Carbon Footprint Report has an ellipsis...located in the upper right-hand corner. Just click to access the menu and to Export a file.
