Melon's Analytics Dashboard makes it easy to navigate and access your company data providing an in-depth analysis of travellers travel habits and their spending trends.!

Access your Melon Reporting & Analytics through the Hey! Menu, click on Admin Portal to be taken to your Analytics Dashboard.

When you first access the Admin Panel you will be taken straight through to the Overview Report. This report gives you a good idea of the total travel programme for your company, You’ll find 6 key reports highlighted:

Total by Travel Type: Highlights what type of travel you spend the most on; Air, Hotels, Car, Train (US), etc.

Spend Over Time: Indicates your busiest months for travel.

Air tickets by Destination: Your company’s main travel destinations.

Class of Service Analysis: What cabin classes your tickets are being booked in.

Advanced Booking Summary: How far in advance bookings are being made.

Online Adoption: Where your employees are booking their travel; online through the Melon platform or offline with their consultant.

Still within the Analytics main tab, we are going to switch from the Overview sub-tab as we navigate across each report. Notice that on each Report, to the right of the Invoice Date you have additional categories. These are the reports KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), which signals the health of your travel programme.

Find the details on air, hotel, and car supplier booking trends, including supplier names and top cities. In essence, how much you are spending and with whom you are spending it on. Monitoring thresholds helps to negotiate better rates with your top vendors. Recognise trends that could drive policy changes.

This report indicates the spend and buying habits of your key travellers so that you can look to improve adoption and process travel internally. You’ll be able to see who is using the Melon platform and whether they are booking flights and hotel with Corporate Traveller.

A breakdown of all missed savings opportunities across your flight bookings by traveller, month and reason for booking out-of-policy. Useful for identifying future savings opportunities.

See where your travellers are, or where they’re going to be in the Duty of Care Report. Alerts are categorized as Critical, Warning or Informational and you’ll be able to see whether you have anyone that needs immediate relocation or assistance.
