Sending Welcome Emails in Melon (UK)

Time to get a new user started in Melon? Sending a Welcome Email is the first step to help them onboard and access the platform.

How to Locate the User

  1. Open the Hey Menu and go to the Admin Portal

  2. Navigate to the Users tab

  3. Locate the user you want to invite

Once found, you’ve got two ways to send their Welcome Email:


Option 1: Via Checkbox

  1. Tick the checkbox next to the user's name

  2. A menu will appear—click Resend Invite

  3. The Welcome Email will be sent immediately


Option 2: Via User Profile

  1. Click on the user’s name to open their profile panel

  2. Click the More Actions button

  3. Select Resend Invite

Again, the Welcome Email will be triggered and allow the user to begin onboarding.


📌 Tip: The Welcome Email link is valid for 72 hours—encourage users to complete setup promptly.
