Step-by-step: Cancel Your Flight in Melon
Go to My Trips
From your Melon home page, click on Upcoming Trips or the My Trips tab.
Open Your Flight Booking
Select the flight you wish to cancel to view the full details.
Click ‘Cancel Flight’
Tap the Cancel Flight button.
Confirm the Cancellation
You’ll get a prompt asking if you’re sure.
Click Confirm Cancellation to proceed.
And that’s it—your flight is now cancelled!
What about refunds?
Refund eligibility depends on your ticket’s change/cancellation conditions.
If eligible, your Travel Manager will manage the process for you.
Please note: Whether or not your flight booking is eligible for a refund will depend on the change/cancellation conditions of your ticket!
