Cancelling a Hotel Reservation in Melon couldn't be simpler!
Step-by-step: Cancel Your Hotel in Melon
Go to My Trips
From your Melon home page, click on Upcoming Trips or the My Trips tab.
Open Your Hotel Booking
Select the hotel reservation you want to cancel to view full details.
Click ‘Cancel Hotel’
Hit the Cancel Hotel button.
Confirm the Cancellation
A prompt will appear—click Yes to finalise the cancellation.
That’s it—your hotel booking is now cancelled!
What about refunds?
Refund eligibility depends on your hotel’s cancellation terms.
If your booking qualifies, your Expert Travel Consultant will oversee the refund process.
Once the hotel confirms the refund, the amount will be returned to your original payment method.
Please note: Whether or not your hotel booking is eligible for a refund will depend on the change/cancellation conditions of your reservation!
