Accessing Your Booking
Log in to Melon
Go to My Trips or Upcoming Trips
Select the trip containing your hotel booking
Click on the hotel segment you want to change
Making Changes (If Self-Service Is Enabled)
If your booking is on a flexible rate, you can:
Amend check-in/check-out dates
Update guest numbers
Add extra hotels to your trip
Here’s how:
If the same room type is available, you’ll see the updated rate
If not, Melon will suggest alternative rooms
Choosing a New Room or Rate
Want to change your room type?
Use filters to refine your options
Review the rate differences and what’s included
Click Select on your preferred option
You’ll go to Checkout to confirm your new reservation
After Checkout
Your itinerary updates automatically in My Trips
A new confirmation email is sent to you
If You Can't Change It Yourself
If your company doesn’t allow in-platform hotel changes, just reach out to your Travel Manager—they’ll be happy to help update your booking.
Please Note: If your company requires booking approvals, please be aware that changes made through self-serve will NOT be sent for approval. Instead, your manager will receive a notification.
