To cancel an existing hotel reservation:
1. Login to your Melon account to access the New Trip Search page.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of your search page to see Upcoming Trips, or select My Trips in the top menu of the site.
3. Select the trip you wish to cancel.
4. On the trip details page, select the hotel.
5. From the Trip Details page, click the Cancel Hotel button.
Note: Any Cancellation Deadlines will appear in the reservation description on this page.
6. The Hotel reservation will now show as Cancelled on the page if other segments (such as flights or vehicles) were booked, and will remain in your trip as cancelled for your records.
Tip: You can also find cancelled trips by going to My Trips and selecting Cancelled Trips at the top of the page.
7. If you would like to add a new hotel to your trip, simply click the Add another hotel button to start your new search.
