Where applicable, your company’s travel process will be built into your Melon platform and as an admin in Melon, you will have the ability to assign a travel approver to your traveller profiles if required.
To assign a travel approver:
Locate the traveller in the Users tab in the Admin Portal on your Hey Menu
Open the traveller's details by clicking on their line
Add the travel approver in the designated field
Assign the traveller to the correct group
Once you have made the required changes make sure you remember to click Save!
A traveller can have multiple trip approvers. Once a booking has been made the approval notification and email will be sent to all of their assigned approvers however only one approver is required to action the request for the booking to be issued/cancelled as desired.
