Did you know as an authorised Trip Arranger not only can you make bookings on behalf of other travellers, but you can also update their travel profiles in Melon? Here’s how:

First things first- Is the Traveller assigned to your profile? If they are, you can just skip to the next section. If not, Here’s how to add them:

Adding Your Traveller

Before we book for anyone we need to make sure your traveller is in your profile. Here's how:

  1. Open the Hey Menu and navigate to My Account.

  2. Look for the Trip Arranger tab.

  3. Click on Add traveller and search for the Traveller using their last name.

  4. Once found, Click Save to add them to your profile.

Search and Select the Traveller

Locating your traveller is easy:

  • Head to the My Account section.

  • Look for a drop-down list at the top of the page.

  • Click on it to reveal all the travellers assigned to you or type the surname of your traveller to locate them quickly.

Update Traveller Profile Details

After selecting a traveller, their information will appear in the tiles below.

You can update:

  1. Contact information

  2. Passport details

  3. Loyalty program memberships

  4. Travel preferences

  5. Manage notifications

  6. Payment methods (depending on your company set up)
