As an admin or trip arranger in Melon, you have the power to book travel for others in your company. Let's walk through this process, step by step.
All your travellers would have been assigned during the initial set-up process but if you need to add any new travellers, follow the steps below
First Things First: Adding Your Traveller
Before we book for anyone we need to make sure your traveller is in your profile. Here's how:
Open the Hey Menu and navigate to My Account.
Look for the Trip Arranger tab.
Click on Add traveller and search for the Traveller using their last name.
Once found, Click Save to add them to your profile.
Ready to book for your Traveller?
We've made it easy to locate the person you're booking for. Here's how:
Look for the Traveller field when you're searching for travel options.
Click on the field, and you’ll see a list of all the travellers you can book for.
Prefer typing? You can also enter your colleague's last name in the field.
Select your traveller and you're ready to book.
Heads Up – If their name appears light grey, it means their profile hasn’t been activated yet, so they will need to complete the onboarding process before you can book for them.
