Whilst we recommend that travellers take responsibility for keeping their travel profiles up-to-date, as an admin, you can update user profiles on their behalf by following these five easy steps:
In the Admin Portal, navigate to the Users tab.
Locate the user whose profile you want to update.
Click anywhere on the user's row to open their profile panel.
Make the necessary updates to the user's profile information.
Once you've made the required updates, click the "Save" button to apply the changes.
In addition to the User Tab in the Admin Portal, you can access the traveller profile via the Hey Menu and My Account then use the dropdown to locate the relevant user.
Choosing the required traveller name will allow you to update all their profile details such as Contact Details, Passport information and Loyalty memberships.
