How do I Access & Download my UK Train Tickets?

How to Access Your Itinerary and UK Train Tickets.

Once a booking has been made you will receive your confirmation and E Ticket via email. Alongside your full itinerary details you will also receive the following:

  • Wallet pass attachments which you can add to your Apple or Google wallet

  • PDF versions of your E-Tickets

  • Calendar invite in case you wish to add your upcoming trip to your calendar

To access your E-Tickets simply double click on the wallet pass to add to your Apple or Google wallet OR the PDF version to download to your device.

Accessing Your Itinerary:

Once you have made a booking, you can access your itinerary at any time through either the My Trips tab or the Upcoming Trips section on your landing page.

  1. View Itinerary Details: Click on the relevant trip to be taken to the full itinerary.

  2. View Trip Details: To see the full details of a specific component of your trip, click on that item within the itinerary.

Accessing Your Train Tickets:

The options for accessing your train tickets will vary depending on the ticket delivery method you chose during checkout:

E-Ticket:

  • Click "View Train Ticket" to automatically open and download your train ticket.

  • Save the downloaded ticket directly to your phone for easy access.

Ticket on Departure:

  • Your booking reference will be displayed at the bottom of your itinerary.

  • Use this reference to collect your ticket from your chosen station.
