Whether you’ve booked a Pay-Later or Pay-Now rate, we’ve got options to get you sorted fast:

For Pay-Later Rate Bookings:

You've got two ways to fix things quickly:

  1. Open the Melon Mobile App
    Within 24 hours of your check-in, Melon Mobile will display the virtual credit card under your trip details. Simply show this to the hotel to confirm payment.

  2. Need a hand? Corporate Traveller has got your back.

    • Reach out to your Travel Manager

    • Or tap into Emergency Assist right from the app.


💼 For Pay-Now Rate Bookings:

Melon has already done the heavy lifting – but if there’s an issue at check-in:

  • Contact your Corporate Traveller team straight away.

  • They’ll jump in to resolve the issue directly with the hotel, so you don’t have to.
