In order to access Melon, you will need a Melon invitation from your company's travel administrator. They will send you an email containing an invitation link to facilitate the activation of your account.
How to get started booking travel on Melon
When going through your initial set-up you will first be asked to create your password then complete your key profile information. This will be a combination of mandatory and optional information.
1. Select the user category for which you'll use Melon.
2. Choose the onboarding path you would like to follow.
3. Depending on your selection, you may be directed to complete your profile, add your loyalty programs or review your travel policy.
4. Click Save and continue. Voila! You're ready to start booking your trips!
Don't worry if you don't have all the information available at hand; you can skip and return to complete any relevant details at a later time.
NOTE: If you are part of a company that is using a single sign-on (SSO) system to start account creation, please make sure you are on your VPN before using single sign-on if you encounter any errors.
