In order to access Melon, you will need an invitation from your company's travel administrator.
If you are unsure who that person is please chat one of our agents using the chat widget at the bottom right corner of the Melon login page so we can help you get in touch with the right person.
From there you will receive an invitation via email with a link to complete your account activation.
Upon logging in for the first-time you will be asked to set your password, complete your profile, and add your loyalty/ reward numbers. Voila! You're ready to start booking your trips!
NOTE: If you are part of a company that is using a single sign-on (SSO) system to start account creation, please make sure you are on your VPN before using
single sign-on if you encounter any errors.
