As a Travel Arranger, you can build tailored flight and hotel options for your travellers to choose from—no more screenshots or back-and-forth emails. Just build, share, and book—all within Melon.
How to Create a Trip Proposal
Open the Hey Menu and select Trip Proposals
Click Get Started
Enter the Trip Name, Start Date, and End Date
Click Create
Adding Flights or Hotels
Click Go to search to return to your Melon homepage
Run your search for flights or hotels as usual
On the results page, click the bookmark icon on any fare or rate
Choose your existing proposal or create a new one
Add multiple options as needed
Adding Return Flights:
First select your outbound flight
Then choose your return option—you’ll now see the bookmark icon to add both legs at once
Adding Travellers
Click + Add more travellers (up to 9 total) to share a proposal with multiple people.
Sharing the Proposal
Select the options to share
Click Share with traveller
Add a personal message (optional)
Click Share
The traveller(s) will receive an email with the proposal—no login required to view.
Booking from a Trip Proposal
Once your traveller responds, return to the Trip Proposal
Select the traveller’s name and click Check availability to refresh rates
Review updated pricing
Click Checkout to finalise the booking

🔁 Booking Multi-Product Trips
Always book flights first! Then return to the proposal to add hotels. This keeps all components on one itinerary, making it easier for the traveller to manage their trip in Melon.
