What Is Air Quick Rebook?
Air Quick Rebook is a smart, time-saving feature designed for Travel Arrangers who regularly book flights for multiple travellers heading to the same destination.
Instead of manually entering the same flight details for each traveller, Air Quick Rebook allows you to duplicate an existing air booking in just a few clicks—making group and repeat bookings faster, simpler, and more efficient.
How to use Air Quick Rebook
Step 1: Open an existing booking
Navigate to either:
The Trip Confirmation page, or
The Air Segment of a completed booking
Step 2: Select Book Again
Click the Book for another traveller button.
Step 3: Review duplicated flight details
Melon will automatically copy key booking information, including:
Departure and arrival airports
Travel dates and times
Airline and flight numbers
Cabin class
Seat preferences (where available)
Step 4: Choose your next traveller
From your list of authorised travellers, simply select the traveller you’d like to book for next.
Step 5: Complete the booking
Review the details and finalise the booking as normal.
Done in seconds
That’s it—your next traveller is booked quickly without repeating the full search process.
What happens if the original fare is no longer available?
If the original flight or fare is unavailable, Melon will automatically:
Notify you that the original option is no longer available
Display the best available alternative options
Show updated pricing and availability
This ensures you can still complete the booking with minimal disruption.
