Converting Guest Travellers to Full Users (UK)

As an admin, you can convert any guest traveller in your organisation to a full user. This process creates a new user profile for the guest traveller and sends them a welcome email to complete their onboarding.

Here's how to convert a guest traveller to a full user:

  1. In the Admin Portal, navigate to the Users panel.

  2. Switch to the "All Guests" tab to view a list of guest travellers.

  3. Locate the guest traveller you want to convert to a full user.

  4. Click anywhere on the guest traveller's row to open their profile panel.

  5. In the profile panel, select the "Convert to Full User" option.

  6. A pop-up window will appear. Click "Yes" to confirm the conversion.

A new user profile will be created for the guest traveller, you can now send them an invite to get themselves set up in Melon.

Heads up - A traveller will need to be onboarded before you can book for them. They can either do this themselves by following the instructions in their Welcome Email or, as an Admin User, you will be able to do this on their behalf.
