How to Cancel a Hotel Reservation (UK)

Cancelling a Hotel Reservation in Melon couldn't be simpler!

  1. Select the required booking in the Upcoming Trips section or the My Trips tab at the top your home page.

  2. Click on the hotel you wish to cancel to see the full booking details

  3. Select the Cancel Hotel button

4. You will then receive a prompt asking if you're sure you wish to cancel. Click Confirm . Cancellation to proceed. Your booking has now been cancelled!

If your booking is eligible for a refund your Expert Travel Consultant will monitor and handle the refund process on your behalf. Once the hotel processes the refund for a cancelled ticket, they will ensure the money is credited back to the original form of payment used for the booking.

Please note: Whether or not your hotel booking is eligible for a refund will depend on the change/cancellation conditions of your reservation!
