If you encounter an error while attempting to make a booking in Melon, please contact the Melon Chat team.

You can reach Melon Chat by using the icon located at the bottom right corner of the Melon platform.

They are available Monday-Friday 9 am-6 pm UK time to assist you and resolve any errors that occur while booking through Melon.
