If you encounter an issue while checking in to a hotel booking, assistance is available as follows:

For Pay-Later Rate Bookings: You have two options:

  1. Contact your Travel Manager or Emergency Assist for help with hotel check-in issues.

  2. Download the Melon Mobile App to access the virtual credit card used for the booking. Within 24 hours of arrival, the card details will be visible in your booking, you can then provide payment details directly to the hotel if needed.

For Pay-Now Rate Bookings:

Contact your Corporate Traveller team to resolve check-in issues. They can liaise with the hotel on your behalf.
