The selected booking exceeds policy budget limits, but can still be booked, you would need to provide a reason which will be recorded for reporting purposes.

Out of Policy:

There may be certain options you are not permitted to book online as they are outside your company travel policy (e.g. premium cabins). When you see this symbol, an option is prohibited from online booking. Contact your Expert Travel Consultant for more information if such an option is required.

Requires Approval:

If your company has set up a post-booking approval process, this icon will symbolise booking requires further approval.
