Content Provider Error, Internal Server Error

Please pardon the booking interruption while we work on perfecting Melon.

In the rare occurrence you experience one of the following error messages during checkout:

  • Content Provider Error

  • Internal Server Error

It means there was an unfortunate technical issue with the reservation and we recommend that you complete your booking by chatting with one of our agents.

If possible, please notify our agents of the error message and include your reservation details so we can avoid similar errors moving forward.
