To log in using your QR Code, please follow these steps below:
Note: Your initial log in to your Melon account must be done via desktop computer. You cannot log into Melon's mobile app until this step has been completed.
Log in to your Melon account on your computer.
Click on the Hey Menu in the top right corner and select Mobile App from the drop down menu.
A pop-up window will appear instructing you to download the app. If you haven't done this step already, simply scan the applicable QR code using your mobile device's camera to be brought to either the Google Play or Apple's App Store to download the app on your phone.
If you already have the app on your phone, follow the click "here" to long with a QR code to display your personal QR code to sign in.
Open the Melon Travel Mobile App and select Log in with QR Code.
Using the camera on your phone, scan the QR Code on your computer.
You will be automatically logged into your Melon mobile account, where you can start booking your travel!
