How to View Your Trip Itinerary

View details about your upcoming trips.

Melon offers the ability to send trip itinerary emails shortly after confirmation. The recipients of these emails vary based on company settings. If you are unable to locate these emails, follow the steps outlined below to access your itinerary.

Once you have made a booking you will be able to access your trip details in 2 different ways:

  • In the Upcoming Trips section (future/upcoming trips only)

  • In the My Trips tab (upcoming, past and cancelled trips)

Upcoming Trips

  1. Scroll to the bottom of your Melon Homepage to find the Upcoming Trips section where your future trips will be displayed. 

  2. Click on the required trip to view full itinerary information

Please note: If you are a Travel Arranger or Melon Admin you will also be able to view all upcoming trips you have booked on behalf of others as well as all trips for your assigned travelers. Simply select the traveler whose trips you wish to view from the drop down list.

My Trips

  1. To access your full trip library including upcoming, past, and cancelled trips you can click the My Trips tab at the top of your Melon Homepage.

  2. You can now narrow down your results by date booked, trip date, and traveler (if applicable).

  3. Click on the required trip to view full itinerary information.

  4. Within your Trip Itinerary you can download the trip itinerary, share the trip details with a colleague or add additional components to your booking.
