Melon connects to a wide range of data sources to provide real-time availability and pricing. Occasionally, this can result in an error to a sync issue.
When this happens, Melon will automatically try to refresh or reattempt the action. If the issue persists and cannot be resolved automatically, an error message will appear with a brief description of the issue.
We recommend making a note or screenshot of this message and contacting your Travel Manager or the Help Centre. Providing the exact error message will help our support team investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If our team can't resolve the issue immediately, we’ll escalate it to the appropriate department and we will keep you updated throughout.
