Are you having trouble signing into Melon using Single Sign-On (SSO)? Here are some common issues and solutions that might help you:

1. Missing Profile

If your company has disabled automatic profile creation for Melon via SSO, you may be redirected back to the login page after entering your credentials. This usually means an administrator from your company needs to add your email address to the list of authorized users in Melon. This restriction might be in place if your company operates in multiple countries or has numerous policy groups with different travel rules that you need to be assigned to before your first login.

2. Deactivated Profile

If your profile has been intentionally or unintentionally deactivated by your company, you won't be able to sign in. Contact your company administrator to check the status of your profile and to reactivate it if necessary.

3. Invalid Email

If the email address you use for SSO does not match the email address we have in our system, this could prevent you from signing in. For instance, if we have your email as [email protected] but your SSO credentials are [email protected], we need to update your email in our system, or you need to ensure your SSO email matches the email we have on file for you.

By addressing these issues, you should be able to resolve your SSO login problems on Melon. If you continue to experience difficulties, please reach out to your company administrator for further assistance.
