Changing a Flight Booking in Melon couldn’t be simpler!
Within Melon you will be able to modify your flight bookings quickly and easily. To make a change follow the quick steps below:
Select the required booking in the Upcoming Trips section or the My Trips tab at the top of your homepage.
Click on the flight you wish to change to see the full booking details
Select the Change Flight button
If your itinerary contains more than one flight you will need to select the flight(s) you want to amend and then add your new departure date(s).
Click Continue to proceed to the flight selection page where you will find the updated flight options for your date change.
Please note: When modifying an existing itinerary, the flight options available for your new dates will match the fare type and number of stops of your original booking. For example if your original flight was a non-stop economy fare, your new search will also provide non-stop economy options.
6. Choose your preferred option then click Select to proceed to the Checkout.
The cost to make your change will be displayed clearly next to each flight option.
7. On your Checkout page you will see your original flights alongside your updated
itinerary. Review the new booking details and if you're happy to proceed with the
change scroll to the bottom and hit Checkout.
Your flight booking will now be updated! You will be sent an email confirmation and your new flight tickets will be issued.
Complex changes: If you wish to make changes to your destination or upgrade your flight ticket, you will need to contact your dedicated Travel Consultant directly! Their contact details can be found in the Profile section within your Hey Menu.
