From your booking confirmation in Melon, select the train you need to modify and click "Cancel Train".
Select the leg(s) of the journey you wish to cancel by checking the relevant box(es).
Double-check the refund conditions by clicking on the ticket type (if needed) and click "Continue".
E-Ticket Cancellations
A pop-up will show the refund details including the cancellation fee and refund amount, click "Yes, Confirm Cancellation".
You'll receive a notification that your booking has been cancelled and any refund due will be processed.
Cancellation details will arrive via email within 24 hours.
The train will show up in your Trip Library as cancelled.
Ticket on Departure Cancellations
If tickets have not been picked up yet:
Follow the same procedure as with the E-Ticket Cancellation above.
If tickets have already been picked up:
A pop-up will instruct you to mail tickets to the provided address for refund processing, click "Yes, Confirm Cancellation".
Your booking is cancelled and the refund process starts once tickets are received.
The status shows "Cancellation Pending" until the refund is processed, then it will update to "Cancelled".
