If you need to make a change to a user's profile and are not a Client Admin, you can do so by following the steps below:
Login to your Melon Account.
Select your name in the top right corner.
Select My Account from the drop down menu.
Choose a Profile by clicking on the drop down menu and selecting your user's name from the list.
6. Once you select the user that you wish to edit's name from the drop down, click on My Profile to access their profile information. Make any changes to their profile that you wish and then save.
Note: These changes will apply to any future reservations you make with the updated information. To amend any incorrect traveler information on an existing reservation, please contact the Melon Chat Team for assistance.
