Every flight booking in Melon includes two booking references:
Melon Confirmation Number
This is your booking reference within Melon and Corporate Traveller. You may be asked for this number when contacting your Travel Manager about your booking.
Airline Booking Reference
This is the airline's booking reference (sometimes called a PNR or record locator). You'll need this reference to:
Check in online
Manage your booking on the airline's website or app
Select or change seats
Access your flight reservation directly with the airline
Please note: Depending on the airline, your Melon Confirmation Number and Airline Booking Reference may occasionally be the same.
To find your booking reference, you have two options:
Option 1: Find Your Booking Reference in Melon
Open Upcoming Trips on your Melon homepage, or select My Trips from the navigation menu or Hey Menu.
Select the trip you would like to view.
Open your flight reservation details.
Your Melon Confirmation Number and Airline Booking Reference will be displayed alongside your flight information.
Option 2: Check Your Confirmation Email
After your booking is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your itinerary details.
Your Melon Confirmation Number and Airline Booking Reference can be found within the email and attached itinerary.
