Need to book an Amtrak train for your next trip? These steps will walk you through the process of booking train travel on Melon:
Note: Depending on your company's Melon configuration, booking a Train on Melon may not be available. Reach out to your Dedicated Travel Team for Train reservation assistance if you don't see the Train tab shown below.
Login to your Melon account.
Select the TRAINS tab above the search parameters.
3. Enter the desired locations for your trip, followed by your departure and return dates.
4. Select the traveler you are booking for, or leave as is if booking for yourself.
5. Click the Search button.
6. On the results page, you can:
Use filters to improve your search results to meet your travel needs.
Click on the train cabin option to view details, seats, and cancellation policies.
7. Once you find the routes you like, click the Select button and begin your checkout process.
8. After reviewing your trip details on the checkout page, at the bottom of the page ensure you read and agree to the Terms & Conditions. Once this box is checked off, then click Checkout to confirm your train reservation.
