How Melon Handles Errors
Melon connects to live data from multiple sources to provide real-time availability and pricing. Occasionally, sync issues may cause an error.
Melon will automatically refresh or retry the action
If the issue can’t be resolved, an error message will appear with a short explanation
What You Should Do
Take a screenshot or note the error message
Contact your Travel Manager or use the Help Centre icon (bottom-right of your Melon dashboard)
Share the exact message with support so we can resolve it faster
If the issue can’t be fixed immediately, we’ll escalate it to the appropriate team and keep you updated throughout the process.
