If your journey is delayed by 15 minutes or more, you can make a Delay Repay claim direct with the relevant train company involved.
To make a claim, you'll need your ticket (or a photo of it), your journey details including scheduled times, and you must submit within 28 days of your delayed journey.
Once you've submitted your claim with all the required evidence, you should receive confirmation within 24 hours and payment typically follows within 5-10 working days.
You can choose to receive your compensation via bank transfer, rail vouchers, or by cheque.
